We do not ship out of USA...

We ship most orders by USPS or UPS.
Some of our items such as certain Night Vision & Thermal devices are under strict Export Restrictions. To insure compliance, we have set our shipping feature to USA ONLY. If you want to have us ship something out of country, please contact us prior to order so that we can make sure we can ship your item to your country, thus avoiding problems later.

Common Shipping Delays

  • The most common shipping delay results from errors in shipping addresses. Please make sure that the shipping address is filled-in correctly in the order confirmation you received via email. If it is incorrect, please contact us by email or phone at: (844) 308-3030


  • UPS does not pick-up on weekends, therefore orders made on weekends will be shipped out on as soon as possible during Monday-Friday. Exceptions to this rule are holidays. Example: An order placed on Saturday for UPS Next Day Air will arrive on Tuesday at the earliest


  • If you've ordered a product from us and you are concerned about as to "when your product actually shipped" please double check the availability notation in the items description (some have 1-3 days, some products have "check for availability", and some have a longer shipping delay depending on what it actually is) -

  • Another reason for delay is that UPS or USPS has not picked-up the product yet from our warehouse. This is common when orders are made on weekends or holidays - LIKE ALWAYS IF YOU ARE CONCERNED PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL.

Track Your Shipment.

Fortunately, meaningful tracking is now available from the US Postal Service. If your shipment is coming by UPS or USPS you can track your order using the tracking info included in your order confirmation If you have any problems tracking your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at help@USAoptics.net

  • You'll get an email from us letting you know how your order was shipped
  • You can click the link above to track your package.
  • If you did not get an email from us, there may be several reasons:
    • The item/s you purchased is/are backordered.
    • You may have entered your email address incorrectly on the order form.
